Step 1: Contact our office for a Free no obligation survey.
-We will arrange for one of our experienced tradesmen to call to inspect your roof at a mutually convenient date and time.

Step 2: Providing the Quotation.-Once we have inspected the property, we will arrange for a written report or quotation to be sent to you within 48 hours of the visit to your property.  Where it is necessary, or if you request it, we can take digital photographs of the area to send with your quotation. If necessary, we will revisit your property to talk to you in more detail.

Step 3: Accepting the Quotation-If you decide to accept our quotation, we will book a date for the work to be carried out. No deposit or payment is required until the work is completed. If your roof is leaking and you are in need of our services urgently, we will do our best to priorities you accordingly.

 Step 4: Completing the work.-Our skilled and experienced tradesmen will arrive at your property at the agreed date and time in a sign written Regus Roofing & Damp Proofing vehicle. All staff will all be wearing a Regus Roofing & Damp Proofing uniform, so that they can be easily identified. The work will all be completed to a high standard by professional, polite and courteous tradesmen. Once the work is completed you will have the opportunity to inspect the area.
 
Step 5: Payment.-An invoice which contains details of the work that has been completed, the costs and the guarantee will be forwarded to you following completion of the work. Usually, we ask for payment from our customers within 7 days. If you have asked us to arrange for a free insurance backed guarantee for your roofing and damp proofing work, we will arrange for this to be sent to you as soon as we have received payment for the works
