Guarantees

For Flat Roofs we now offer EPDM single ply 'rubber' that carries a guarantee of 20-years and a life expectancy of 50-years. This system supersedes the outdated 3-layer hot bitumen roof which we no longer recommend installing due to rising insurance costs for heat work and the fact that the systems can only be guaranteed for between 10 and 15 years, they are no longer a viable or cost effective option.

Our guarantees stay with the property when you move and can be used as a key selling point and are often requested by surveyors and prospective purchasers. For renewal of all pitched roofs, be they slate or tile, we offer our standard 10-year guarantee against product failure and faulty workmanship. 

All guarantees are confirmed following payment.

INSURANCE

We have £10,000,000 full Public, Employers' and Products Liability Insurance. Our certificates are available upon request.
